My name is Steve Harley. For over 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping couples find their way back to each other through marriage coaching, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you, too.
I’ve personally coached more than 5,000 couples, guiding them from crisis to healing and reconnection. I specialize in the most difficult circumstances, so please know that no matter how hopeless things seem—even in the devastating aftermath of infidelity—there is a clear path forward. I have seen thousands of couples successfully navigate that path and rebuild a marriage stronger than before.
My approach to marriage coaching is both compassionate and strategic. I won’t just listen; I’ll give you a concrete, step-by-step plan. My master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis gives me a unique expertise in creating these clear, actionable plans that lead to real, lasting change. I see my role as more than just a coach; I’m a motivator. I don’t just give you the map—I provide the encouragement and support you need to stay the course and build a marriage that is not only saved but becomes mutually enjoyable.
My marriage coaching success is rooted in a lifetime of learning. I was trained and supervised by one of the world’s leading marriage experts: my father, Dr. Willard F. Harley, Jr., the renowned Clinical Psychologist and author of the international bestseller, His Needs, Her Needs. The method I use isn’t just theory; it’s a proven system. And I’ve used this system to guide couples to success in all 50 states and over 40 countries.
Most importantly, I don’t just teach these principles—I live them. My wife and I have been romantically in love with each other for over 35 years because we practice the very concepts I will share with you.
